Did you have any doubts or reservations before signing up for the programme?

“Yes, I was unsure about enrolling in personal training at first as it seemed dull and repetitive. With no prior experience, I was also uncertain if I would be able to make it through.”

How did you find the training and did it fit around your busy lifestyle? 

“Yes, and indeed the training was very intense but my trainer and his team have been very supportive throughout my training.”

Guidance and encouragement were extended whenever needed and this has greatly contributed to my accomplishments.

“Their motivation has influenced me very positively and encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, pushing myself to the limit.”


How did your diet and lifestyle change when you started your transformation with UP? 

“The gym training was tough, intense and challenging, yet I found it very rewarding.

I gained a good foundation for lifting weights and discovered what comes naturally to me and areas of weakness.”

The satisfaction of accomplishing my goals was beyond words.

“Nutritional training was tougher than I thought, but I’ve learnt how to prep healthy foods everyday. The experience has opened up the scope of learning in different aspects.”

What were your results like after your transformation?
